Boomerang provides conversational AI experiences and analytics for customer engagement, feedback, and operational workflows.
3) Acceptable use
- No spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or purchased lists.
- No illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive content.
- You must have lawful basis and consent to contact recipients.
4) Messaging terms
If you opt in to receive messages, you can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Program frequency depends on the use case and your interactions.
5) Intellectual property
The Boomerang brand, software, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell without permission.
6) Disclaimer
Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boomerang shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
